Instructions for Preparing Your Full Paper Submission
- All full paper submissions must be submitted via the AIAC22 submission portal.
- Email submissions will not be accepted.
- Full papers must be submitted in English.
- Full papers must be prepared using the official AIAC22 full paper template:
- Full paper submissions must be uploaded in the submission portal as a PDF file.
- It is the responsibility of the submitting author to ensure that the submission has been approved by all authors.
- The Organising and Technical Committees will not be responsible for any errors published.
General Policies and Requirements
- All presenting authors will be required to register and pay for
- Congress registration, travel and accommodation to ensure that their full paper(s) are included in the final program.
- Copyright permission must be obtained by author(s) where previously published work is reproduced.
- Full papers will not be accepted via fax, email, mail or USB/CD.
- All required fields on the online submission portal must be completed.
- It is the responsibility of the submitting author to ensure that the full paper is submitted correctly.
- After an author has submitted their full paper, they must check their submission to ensure the document has been uploaded correctly.
- Authors can check their submission by clicking on the viewing option in the submission portal.
- The Congress Organisers will not be held responsible for full paper submissions not received via the website/portal or for submission errors caused by internet service outages or other unforeseen events.
