On behalf of the AIAC22 Technical and Organising Committee, we invite abstract submissions from across the aerospace and aviation, defence and systems monitoring, and space engineering sectors for consideration as an oral or poster format for the Congress Program.
All accepted abstracts will be entered into award consideration, with winners celebrated at the Congress.

Instructions for Preparing Your Abstract
- All abstracts must be submitted via the AIAC22 abstract submission portal.
- Email submissions will not be accepted.
- Abstracts must be submitted in English.
- Abstracts must be prepared using the official AIAC22 abstract template.
- Abstracts must be uploaded in the submission portal as a PDF file.
- It is the responsibility of the submitting author to ensure that the submission has been approved by all authors.
- The Organising and Technical Committees will not be responsible for any errors published.
General Policies and Requirements
- All presenting authors will be required to register and pay for Congress registration, travel and accommodation to ensure that their abstract(s) are included in the final program.
- Copyright permission must be obtained by author(s) where previously published work is reproduced.
- Abstracts will not be accepted via fax, email, mail or USB/CD.
- All required fields on the online abstract submission portal must be completed.
- It is the responsibility of the submitting author to ensure that the abstract is submitted correctly.
- After an author has submitted their abstract, they must check their submission to ensure the document has been uploaded correctly.
- Authors can check their submission by clicking on the viewing option in the submission portal.
- The Congress Organisers will not be held responsible for abstract submissions not received via the website/portal or for submission errors caused by internet services outages or other unforeseen events.
